For the attendees of FEMCA R/C Drift Asia Championship 2016

Business hour of Yatabe Arena on October 20th Thursday.

Drift track will be closed for the preparation.

Pit Table

Registration first.
Please keep the pit area after the registration.
Free tables for Japanese drivers, 1st and 2nd floor, (except for the driver who need an assistance).
International drivers possible to seat at the reserved area.

For Tire supply

Oct 21 (Fri) : One set of Marked tire will be supplied for each entry drivers, Red marked for AWD class, Blue marked for RWD class.
Non marked tire will no possible to use at the competition. Please be careful about the tire, no erase the marking on tire.
Tire for AWD and RWD will have to be used at exact category, not possible to mixed use at the same time. Also impossible to use the other drivers own, Inner foam for fixing and O ring can be prepared by yourself.
The supplied tire will be possible to start to use at the practice session on Oct 21st (Fri), but also can use your own tire (non marked tire) but need to be the same model at the same brand with the supplied tire.
The supplied tire need to be used at Controlled practice, Qualify and Final round.
The tire will be checked while at the car technical inspection each time.

About Media Service

The following media will be performed while at the event, Sky Perfect magazine, MONDO TV, RC Magazine, RC WORLD, Ustream Live Broadcast, RCDC NOW, RCDC Promotional Video, RCDC Camera.
Ustream live broadcasting will have 2 channels, one for the competition track scene, the other one for the interview for the drivers, and promotional things under the name of RCDC now.

Light meal service

On Friday, from 1830 to 2000, at the 2nd floor of Yatabe Arena.
Light meal service is intended for the communication among the entry drivers.
Free for drivers only.
500JPY for non-drivers, please pay at the reception at the entry area.

Meeting schedule

Drivers meeting will be held on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, please join at the track area.
Group photo session, concours-delegance　will be held on Sunday morning at 0920. Please bring your car to the track area.

Exemption of the qualification round for RCDC All Japan Drift Championship 2017

Top 8 drivers (only for Japanese drivers) at the final, will have chance to entry for RCDC All Japan Drift Championship 2017 which will be newly start in 2017 without any regional qualification round.

Smoking is available at the restricted area. Non-smoking at pit area.
No alcohol at Yatabe Arena.
No flash photography.
